Help Tips
H1. How do I view GIF images in the Image Viewer?
No. The GIF image format is a patented image format developed by the Unisys Corporation.
H2. How do I save the MultiWeb Groups and where is the data saved?
The groups are stored in a file called 'multiweb.ini' located in the 'c:\program files\multiweb' folder.
H3. What is the maximum number of tabs per group?
Up to 20 depending on the length of the tab heading. A longer tab heading will take up additional space which may prevent the maximum allowable tabs from being displayed.
H4. How do I copy an image from an internet site?
Position your mouse over the image, right click the mouse, select the 'Save Picture As...' option.
Troubleshooting
T1. What should I do if I get an error message?
These type of errors could be due to many different problems. If the errors start soon after installing new software, there could be a conflict or corrupt information in your registry. We suggest you obtain the free copy of 'regcln41.exe' (or the latest version) from Microsoft, which is intended to fix any registry problems, including corrupted and unused data.
